When am I entitled to return my order?
If you have received your order and you are not satisfied, you can return it undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies to all ready-made products in our webshop. Send us an e-mail first, you are not obliged to indicate the reason, but we would like to stay in touch to see if we can offer a suitable solution. The costs of return are for the customer, unless the product arrives damaged at the customer.
We do everything we can to deliver the products to you with all due care. We find it very annoying if you receive a damaged package. If the product is damaged as a result, you must contact us immediately. First take pictures and email them to [email protected]. We will then contact you to rectify this and explain how you can return the damaged product (in the original packaging).
Track & Trace
We can only return your money if we have received a Track & Trace of the return shipment. We cannot proceed with a refund without this proof of return.
If you have put together a product yourself, including your own size, color or image, exchange or return is not possible. Custom-made articles are not covered by the statutory return regulation (Article 7: 46d paragraph 4 (2) BW).
